I do most of this by active choice but luckily for me im at my peak
metabolism im 15 and so I eat loooaads of pasta, potatoes carb foods and
junk shit and I still have maximum results after my work outs but as long
as I train hard I can eat dirty ahaha ;)
Hey I was wondering if any of you guys could give me a few tips… i am 16
years old, 6 feet tall (72inches) and I’ve been lifting for a few months
now… I’ve seen improvement on my body like more muscle etc. But I still
have body fat mostly around My stomach. Any tips you guys can give me on
what to do to lose the body fat so my muscles can be more noticeable. .

I love how Mike Chang says to not train your obliques. He’s really telling
people to not have a balanced core for the sake of looking “better”. You
need obliques for a lot of things, and not training them so you can look
more aesthetic is seriously dumb. Of course you don’t need to directly
train them, but creating weak points in your physique is literally letting
the weights you lift break you.

A good app for this exercise is “Interval” you can find it on the app
store.
