Yes but what to do if U have less strenght in the other sets? if I start to bench with a weight that allows me 6 reps with correct form, in the second set (after 45\60secs rest) I usually can do only five…and then going down… Could U help? Thanks!
Not my thing, Bench press not made to my physic but i am very tough in few other tracks, no one cant even beat up me on those tracks and i havent trained those few very much to comparing to guys who lifting weights every day. But Bench press is my biggest weakness, it is very big weakness as i have not good chest though.

That is called a drop set and it should only be done when bodybuilders hit a plateau or maybe once a week or so.
