    Yo oo fellas need help on how to widen my chest…I’m already using wide grip on bench press and using the fly machine….but my chest isn’t getting wider :/ … any other tips?

    Search for atleanX chest workouts. He´s using different workouts and it works perfectly. Well it did for me, so I could only guess it would help you to. He´s very  professional.

    That is called a drop set and it should only be done when bodybuilders hit a plateau or maybe once a week or so.

    i just realised mike chang has a mole dot on the right side of his chest. Now it distracts me when I watch his videos. And now it will distract you also. Awesome.

    Yes but what to do if U have less strenght in the other sets? if I start to bench with a weight that allows me 6 reps with correct form, in the second set (after 45\60secs rest) I usually can do only five…and then going down… Could U help? Thanks!

    Not my thing, Bench press not made to my physic but i am very tough in few other tracks, no one cant even beat up me on those tracks and i havent trained those few very much to comparing to guys who lifting weights every day. But Bench press is my biggest weakness, it is very big weakness as i have not good chest though.
