The Fastest Way to See the Gains You Want! – Check it out: http://sixpackshortcuts.com/rdP5 what up guys I’m hittin’ back today. I was doing some close grip pull ups and thought that I’d make…
Could you do a video on exercises for people who are overweight, I find my
belly getting in the way of lots of pulling exercises. I know that the
excess weight will be around throughout a large part of my training (I’ve
only lost 25 of my 200 pound goal) so what tricks are out there to extend
range of motion for someone who has a body getting in the way?
No lie, at first I was just joining the crowd and wasn’t too fond of you
with all of the ads and what not but I actually respect you and I’m happy
that you’ve come so far. I used to watch you around the time you started
but then I stopped after a while. Anyway, I’m back and just wanted to show
some love!
How do I work on my back with only dumbbells? I don’t have no gym
membership and nothing to do pull ups on. To me back is the hardest to work
on and see results with only dumbbells.
Cool video mike! Love how you’re helping people! Working back is necessary.
People who work chest and not back end up getting bad posture, and many
aches and pains and wonder why it happens. It’s a terrible muscular
imbalance to have. I just started making videos too where I also post back
workouts and a bunch of cools tricks to get abs, so click my picture if
you’re interested! :)
So to sum it up, if u wanna work upper back pull toward ur chest, if u
wanna work lower back pull toward your stomach. If u want a shoulder
impingement keep doing upright rows.
I can do pullups and pull towards my chest, while leaning backwards and
feel it both my lower and upper. as i go up i feel my middle lower and as i
go down i feel my side lats. but this was a good tip mike.
Hey I will say the dude is a lot calmer when explaining this. It is
simplistic, but then again a lot of folks think “Oh If I do pull ups! all
the time my back will look awesome!” When that really isn’t the case unless
you are working the specific muscle
What if all I worked out was the rear end of my body like back and
hamstrings and calves instead of like everyone doing chest shoulders and
quadriceps lol

Nice tip, my lower back is over developed. Need to start hitting the upper
back.
So what you are saying is if i pull towards my upper back, I’ll work my
upper back? AND if I pull towards my lower back, I’ll work my lower back?
