Mike here with the sixpackshortcuts… I was on my way to the gym, but I decided to make a video for you guys to show you my most effective arm workout! I hope you enjoy! First, we are going to start off with a couple warm up sets of light weight curls… I use a curl bar. Do about 2 sets of 10 reps. Then we are going to go straight into working sets. Working set are done at a weight where you can really only do 8-10 reps and are struggling to get up your last rep. Do 4 sets with 30 seconds rest in between sets. Next we are going to to some one arm bicep curls with dumbbells. I do them seated because it enables you to isolate you biceps a little more, and prevent you from rocking

    also you could workout till your straining to complete your workout. i do heavyweights and then when im done with that i take off some weight so i can flush the area out with blood but you got to do more more reps than the heavyweight. also u could use a nitrogen oxide product with your workout if you want to. also you could hold your muscle under tession. example: for your arms you can grip your wrist with the other had and then strain or flex against them
