Get Lean and Ripped the RIGHT Way, Not the Hard Way: http://sixpackshortcuts.com/rdJV What up guys, It’s Mike with Sixpack Shortcuts and before we get started today I want to announce that…
If you eat whatever you want ( more fast food ) you will end with a big
belly no matter how many time you go to the gym, the reason of this is
because food affect are energy level, so if you eat poor nutritional food
you will not have a good energy level and that why we become fat!.
Food is 80% the key of getting healthy and rip. Just check the nutritional
value of a cheese burger and compare it with just 100 GM of carrots. There
is 3 categories of foods, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds ( that the
best you can eat to get healthy, not only to loose weight, but also to get
healthy and not be sick anymore. Good cook food ( whole grain products and
unprocessed ) ( is not the best in my opinion, but is better than processed
food.) fastfood that the last categoria which you should void at all time
because:
No nutritional value !! so is like eating carton.
very high Bad fat content
very high carb content
very high calories
If you hit for the best of the best, and I mean if you want to stop getting
sick and really loose weight without gaining it later, increase your energy
level and enjoy a very healthy life, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds
will be your best option.
I am 16 (male) 5’9 and weigh 150 and i still don’t have abs but I feel like
if i lose more weight or attempt to that would be considered underweight
for my height n shit. Can someone give me advice ? Like I don’t understand
how I don’t have visible abs yet. And yes I do work them out
why does he talks so much ?
blah blah blah…then Avocado ..
just say it straight and to the point!
Avocado has healthy fats.
fit it into your diet/life style and eat it.
It’s %100 bullshit. Bostin Lloyd is the man. I don’t care if he isn’t
natty. But first off Mike your not even ripped, your not really even lean
your like 230, if you cut down to like 205 you’ll be cut as fuck. Until
then I’m not watching any videos of you. I feel like he’s lying & just
promotes bullshit products for the money. (Hence, he has 3 mill
subscribers)
What Mike failed to mention is that not all carbohydrates are the same.
Complex carbs (sweet potato, brown rice etc) digest much slower, and the
energy therefore lasts longer. Simple carbs/bad carbs are the ones that
give you a short burst of energy (that sugar high)
Some helpful advice. except carbs don’t get ‘exzorbed’ lol. you absorb them
when they not burnt. seriously dude, there are a lot of videos where you
mispronounce words. Maybe slow down a little. either that or is it a sign
for something??
SERIOUS QUESTION ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORKERS THAT WANT TO GET IN SHAPE
So watching alot of videos and talking to trainers about work out tips, how
to eat, daily nutrients etc. Most will say to get plenty of rest 7 to 9
hours, eat portion meals excersie daily, change your routine up, etc. But
as a construction worker sometimes it’s really hard. We wake up really
early sometimes 4 5 in the morning to go to work put in 10 to 12 hours of
work a day, we don’t get break we have to eat breakfast on our own time and
only get a lunch break, from breakfast till lunch is about 6 hours of no
eating, meaning no in between snacks. because we go so long without eating
and being outside on our feet we tend to eat a big mean for lunch to last
us till we get home and eat again and since we go so long without eating
instead of the food digest properly it goes into starvating mode storing as
fat. and the fact that we don’t get enough rest let alone sleep at times
even if we try to eat right workout daily etc. our bodies doesn’t get the
proper daily routine to rest, eat right, eat portions, and workout daily to
stay in shape, lose weight, or gain muscles. and people tend to think if
you do construction you will be in shape cause your on your feet all day,
doing heavy lifting, working with tools and using alot of body motion, but
really sadly the majority of construction workers are over weight and many
are dealing with high blood pressure, diabities, cholesterol, obesity and
many other health issues that can get worse over the years. Sometimes if
we want a snack to eat between meals we have to sneek it in and not let
anyone see us eat it. then your body is so tired and worn out being out in
the sun all day even if you put in the effort and motivation to go to the
gym you don’t actually get a good workout necessary to get the results your
looking for. So how can someone with literally little time and this kind of
work schedule get in shape, and the proper workout schedule. also not to
mention those that have familes have to spend some time with their family
after being at work all day.
its all about calories just because fats are absorbed faster doesnt mean
you can sit on your ass. Fats have cals per 1 g and carbs have 4 cals per 1
g so both have there pros and cons.
eat celery. It has a lot of water in it which will hydrate you and it takes
more energy (Calories) to digest (or at least attempt to) celery than it
actually has in it. This is due to the fact that celery is mostly
cellulose. Our bodies cannot digest cellulose, but it initially attempts
to. During this process you are actually using up energy, which will
contribute towards fat loss.
Im 15 5,5 and weigh 105 pounds, im a fairly skinny guy but just started
going to the gym, i work out 3-5 times a week. How many calories and carbs
should i eat a day, i usually eat around 2000 but i read online someone
active and my age should eat more, but here is the problem, im not hungry.
So any help would be appreciated, thanks!
