@MrAugust19th not to sound like a dick, but that is not the most effective workout for muscle building. Its very good that you are exercising though man… To keep it short, go to “twinmuscleworkout” youtube channel, look through their videos and go on their website, they helped me make loads of muscle gains and give no bull shit advice.
@MrAugust19th Haha bro you cant work out “everyday” you need to give your muscles sometime to repair. When you workout and really push your self your muscles rip, and when they repair they get bigger, this is basicaly how your muscles get bigger. If you workout everyday you will not give your muscles time to repair, or get bigger. ie. buffer
like phatoma1 said you have to progressively overload! But your answer is probably no. you wont get that much bigger in one months its to little time
@MrAugust19th No cause that’s overtraining and your body will only get buff in about a year. Also, sit ups are the worst exercise for your abs, lower your overall bodyfat percentage and do crunches for the sixpack. Pushups are important, but will plateau very quickly, and doing 100 reps is more for muscle endurance, not for strength. 6-12 reps you’re good, eat right, compound movements, and in about a year you’ll produce great results. I’m 15 years old I just started working out everyday its day 5 I do 100 sit ups and I lift weights 100 times on both arms and 10 push ups
Will I get buff in a month if I keep it up?
I like how popular channels on youtube are now announcing their move to google plus. It’s almost like youtube is owned by Google and they are giving them money to get Google + users.

@MrAugust19th lol you use to less weight and that doing nozhink u need tu use a weight that you can du just between 8-12 and not 100 adn sit ups to use a weight behind you neck and dont workout every day you will lose muscle because of overtraining

@MrAugust19th u have to progressively overload on the sets, reps and weight to start to get bigger if u keep on doing the same thing everyday you wont get any bigger, what i mean by progressive overload is that you have to up the intensity with heavier weights or more sets and reps
