@spudrus08 hey u dumb ass , its called working out multiple times a week . sooo at the end of the week , u will have hit all muscle groups . u have the biggest gains working one group at a time , some how i dont think ur any kind of athlete ..

hey, mike. this may sound rather strange, but i recently broke my neck and would love to have a video for some safe neck exercises. just getting back into the lifting game and i’m trying to compensate for some of this crazy atrophy. i seriously look like there’s a stick connecting my head to my chest. it’s bad.
