    yeah but at the same time you could be at the gym all day every day and your still gonna have lots of fat if you dont change your diet, mike says it himself that Diet is a huge keypoint, jay cutler said in an interview you should get your diet down before touching a single weight.

    Keep an eye on the grams of sugar you are eating. Try keeping it at 5 grams or less per meal to lose that belly fat
