There were actually much more…I would have included everyones, but I’m limited by the length of the video. Thank you to everyone who entered though, and you all won the real prize…which is improving your body and getting in better shape. It’s really inspiring to see everyone on YouTube that’s started with the M-100s workouts. And you can see from the comments that lots of people have gotten great results just from doing this quick 3 minute bodyweight workout alone.     Hey Mike Im a big Fan of you… Im from Mexico and I have a question….
    When you are working out should you alternate workouts ( arms, chest, shoulders)
    Or should you just focus on one area, and after you are done with that area (arms( are move to another (chest)?

    @sixpackshortcuts After weight training? So straight after you’ve literally finished your sets? Won’t that just kill your muscles?

    Hey Mike, I am feel and I am just keeping in shape. I have bought some light weights (dumbells- 1kg, 1.5kg and 2kg) but do not want to gain big muscles, so what should I do with them?

    Hey Mike. I workout about 6 times a week. And Im wondering when i should be doing cardio. Before a workout or after, i was wondering too. Im a skinny guy but i have this like ring of fat in my mid section. Lovehandles and some belly fat. Whats a good way to get rid of that? Ive had it since birth lol.

    @acatboy23 He has a video called Healthy Meal Time which basically explains what you need. Muscle is gained with protein mainly, fish have great protein, i eat one once a week. Dont like fish? Dont breathe while chewing them and you wont taste them, and then they become better. Workouts: Pull ups, Push ups, M-100, and your choice of a leg work out(i bike)

    i usually do this at the beginning of the workout, after 3 mins speed roping, and also at the end. it absolutely annihilates you! instead of the jumping thing at the end though, i prefer to do 20 star jumps. i feel thats more effective in terms of cardio and it gets my arms moving also. thanks a lot dan and mike for recommending this.

    @oxbubblymintyox well dumbells = arms. So search up his videos on tricep, bicep, brachs, and deltoids. Oh and 1kg-2kg wont do you anything at all other than a cardio workout. So get yourself like a 3 or 4kg dumbell and your not going to have big muscles but have a very chizled look.
