i watched your video on your site, and it talked about the “energy source”, but how does that relate to Ketosis? Im asking because I looked into higher protein-esque meal plans, and they say that ketosis occurs when you’re body burns it’s own fuel supply rather than food energy, or something like that.

Thank you for this real fat loss video. . Now I realized I could smell what the fat was burning. I used to be 97kg back in October last year, but now I am 80 kg.
