    i watched your video on your site, and it talked about the “energy source”, but how does that relate to Ketosis? Im asking because I looked into higher protein-esque meal plans, and they say that ketosis occurs when you’re body burns it’s own fuel supply rather than food energy, or something like that.

    just wondering because the long term effect of this could be liver/kidney diseases, headaches, etc, and would dissipate once more carbs are introduced..idk, just curious, any one else’s thoughts?

    Thank you for this real fat loss video. . Now I realized I could smell what the fat was burning. I used to be 97kg back in October last year, but now I am 80 kg. I will plan to lose few more kgs before I leave ATL in 2 months. I really appreciate your good infos here. I wish I got your vids on time, though. I just checked this vid unfortunately.

    thanks man i just have another thing im constantly made fun of at school. As being fat and whatever. I started a diet and what not but i need serious help plz if anyone has any ideas of anything plz help me i wanna be a strong person and not be made fun of anymore. I need help figuring out how to loose my belly fat and my theis to have a lean toned body thank you for reading =)
