    some of this bullshit might actually work although after 3 years f trying
    different ab exercises and workouts i realized that the only way to get a
    six pack is w exercises involing weights,wieghted sit ups and
    crunches,cable wood chopper,singhe hand cable rotations,those are effective

    This pertains to working out and everything. I love doing anything once I’m
    in the groove, but does anyone have any tips to get the ball rolling. For
    example today I didn’t shovel anybodies driveways for money because nobody
    else wanted to do it. i know it’s not laziness because I work hard a lot,
    but i think it is doing work alone.

    lower.
