    Why didn’t Virginia have to do push ups, too? And what do you call what she was doing instead? I also noticed she didn’t have to do actual squats, either. Super-cute sports bra, though.

    At first when I watched this I wasn’t too impressed with Mikes out put, so i decided to do the entire thing, goal for goal, rep for rep, my self. Let me tell you its no joke at first seems like a breeze by the end you understand why he’s doing so many sets..
