    set of 10 of squat thrust, 20 each leg mountain climbers or 40, however u look at it, 10 squat jumps, all that 3 times and then 10 moar of the squat thrust and thats the m100’s i personally do it watchin dan cuz his form is perfect and its a good pace and the music is good 2 XD

    1,2,3, ONE! is 4 per 1, so 40 per 10, which is 20 per leg per set. So, you are right, but it’s still 20 each leg.

    those first guys did M-30..lol…its supposed to be 3 1/3 sets…plus the ‘mountain climbers’ which they were doing looked more like ‘mountain runners’
