Ive been working out for over a year now, Im 16 in 2 months and I base
nearly all my excercises on pushups and pullups, pullups mostly and Rarely
go to my local gym so all home workouts with some dumbells but I want to
know If im average or above average in terms of the reps I get from
pullups, like I would say average for a normal man should be at least 10
but I got up to 24 or 25 Proper form one time and average about 15 when I
do 3-4 sets, Just want to know if its good 🙂
This is some bullshit. Underhand pull-ups still hit the lats but focus more
on the biceps. It’s a fucking curl movement, you are literally curling up
your own body. This does nothing for the chest, you have to PUSH to use the
chest and no pull movement on this planet will ever hit your chest. This is
just some dumb shit right here.
Mike Chang has gotten absolutely shredded over the past few months. This is
a good pull up tip, though I’d like to see more videos because he’s put on
a lot of muscle recently.

This is complete and utter bullshit. Forward rolled shoulders most of the
time means tight anterior deltoids and chest, along with a lack of rear
deltoid/back strength. Both the pullup and chin-up train the back
musculature, which in turn will unroll the shoulders. An equal or greater
amount of pulling vs pushing exercises will unroll your shoulders. This has
absolutely nothing to do with pullups vs chin-ups.
