how many sets should you do in a day 6 to 8? Mike thats one thing i have never known 12 reps go it but how many sets is enough??? also whats wrong with my body i work out and am pumped up but 1 hour later i feel i could do more again also i see myself getting bigger but not harder when i flex my arms or whatever chest they are still soft no matter what i do…. why is it my smaller friends have hard muscles and i dont?? im stronger then them….. is it just my body type? help Mike!!!

@berknashty To correct this issue I would recommend doing two extra sets per workout on the “weak” side. So if your entire workout is normally 8 sets do 8 for the left arm and 10 for the right arm. I also suggest that you don’t do exercises that require the use of both arms at the same time. So stay away from barbell curls and pullups until the issue has evened out.

Mike, I have a question for you. My problem is, that I am trying to put on some weight but Im not a bodybuilder, Im actually a kickboxer and I have to do plenty other things like swimming. And I´d like to know, If it’s ok to do simming day after lifting weights, If it’s not gonna hurt me…

Hi Mike , I have been doıng your system for a week and ıt ‘s Good’. But ı want to ask you somethıng. Im sure a lot of people have thıs problem. My left arm ıs stronger than my rıght arm. Im not rıght-handed . And my rıgt arm makes problems whıle workıng out. Left ıs ok but rıght gets tıred quicker. What do you reccomend me to balance them ?
