    I started doing these with my regular workout. my first time doing it i got to the 3rd press and wasn’t paying attention and smacked my chin with the bar! lol. got used to it now though! 😀

    Im also 16 and if you can only get one then get whey. But I use creatine because it puts creatine in your muscle which basically means you can push out that last rep, and no it’s not unhealthy its completely natural, anyone who tells you otherwise doesn’t know what there talking about. And by the way if you want more creatine without having to buy it just eat more red meat, like steak. If you do get creatine take 5-10 ounces a day any more is a waste. Sorry for the long paragraph, good luck.

    Mike, I have a question:

    So I’ve been working out a lot, but I got to the point where I look and feel like I’ve gained a lot more muscle than I would have liked and I feel a little bit unconformable about this. What should I do to slim down on muscle a little? Should I just eat healthy and avoid working out?

    Mike doesn’t answer question and doesnt give specifics on which or what videos that we should work on. He just uploads new vids and says how it can help. But i know i can’t just do a 5 minute exercise and expect to lose weight
