    Mike quick question, I wanna lose my belly fat but I dont wanna go run
    around for hundreds of hours, what would you recommend for me to do? Also I
    got a couple of dumbbells but they’re not too heavy would that matter?

    My favorite part is how you asked me to do it with you, because i knew then
    and there i wanted to, i did it on the spot with you, i was only ten behind

    Got to 9 mins and started getting dizzy so i stopped and looked at my timer
    and at mike and decided to finish it, my hands are shaking as i type haha
    amazing work out and im sweating like a pig
