Can someone please help. When I do push ups my right forearm aches first
and then my left upperarm but not the forearm. I notice, when I go into a
push up my right hand is usually in front of the left hand by an inch or
two, I line them up but that just makes my right forearm fatigue faster.
Plus my right forearm is bigger than the left but weaker. Wtf
make this challenging. do 5 reps for the harder exerices…pullups and leg
raised and then do 10 reps for pushups instead of 5 and throw in another
exercise like lunges. and do 5/10/5/10….5 pullups 10 pushup 5 leg raises
10 lunges 20 rounds. now that would be a decent workout.
I would like to see more videos and stuff for guys like me who find it hard
to put on mass and size to muscles. I have seen his video for that about
eating a lot more which has helped a lot. If there is any exercises that
would help for guys like me as well, let me know.

sit ups are a lot cause i also do 160 of other types of sit ups and since i
know they are a muscle do you think its alot cause after 2 days i wanna
take a break if exercising and im not fat
Man a lot of people watch these videos. I am a bit concerned how he
portrays the exercises.
1: Feet are not together in the push ups.
2: He is kipping during the chin ups and leg raises.
3: Momentum also used during push ups.
4: Legs are bent during the raises.
It’s an entertaining video, but it’ll do zero for strength gains or muscle
building. Only attempt this if you’re really advanced and want to build
endurance. Of course that also requires proper form. I think the only
benefit he’ll get from this is a few burned calories? And and injury
probably.
here is better thought ALL of you try allowing a MILITARY DRILL SGT do your
judging. not one of this guys pushes meet the standard. Second off pull-up
is a front grip NOT a chin-up grip. Third the legs are going past the point
of effectiveness. I mean all you meat heads can get butt hurt but reality
hits is when you efficient. Like people bickered he may not be able to run
5 miles, he his also bit big to handle himself when it counts. So next time
someone wants to rip on another person being a big shot behind the keyboard
try doing it yourself or talking to your reality friends away from the pc
and ask what really goes on.

2 compounds exercises pushups and pullups thats great but no squats……

This routine is so bad. Try mine instead. It’s 1000 sets of shrugs and 1000
sets of mirror flexing. Nothing for u noobs tho haha
