    Oh Mike, those bicep barbell curls were terrible. Arms all the way down or the lower part of your biceps will start slipping behind

    I’ve been doing 6 pack workouts for like 2 years every 2 days because someone told me your muscles need a day to grow, this is bullshit, I now do your 6pack workout everyday and i’m getting way better results 😀
