First a fitness coach now a motivational speaker. Mike I have extreme
respect for you, you literally had no reason to make this video you get no
money out off it you did it because you want to help your fans. I hope only
the best for you little things like this are what helps people like me who
are depressed feel better about themselves can’t say Thnk you enough Mike.
I think this is good cus it’s gonna inspire a lot of people to JUST LIVE,
I’m honestly tired of going to in n out (example) & seeing all these kids
taking pictures of their food. Like why ? Or whenever I go to Starbucks I
see all these girls taking pictures. Are they going to those places because
they want to ? Or are they going because they want people on social media
to think they’re “cool” . Or when I use to be a pot head, I use to smoke
with my cousin on the daily. But he was recording every single moment on
snapchat just so people can think he’s “cool” , was he smoking so people
can think he’s cool ? Or cus he just liked being high ? I noticed myself
growing as a person & the only reason I go on my phone is because there
really isn’t anything to do so I go on YouTube , or to text my girlfriend.
Everybody at school is on their phone & it bothers me because I’m just
trying to have a good time & socialize, but everyone else is so brain
washed into showing off every moment of their life on social media.
Hopefully this video reaches to a lot of these people & hopefully they get
the message . Great video mike !

suppost to be my new years resolution but is taking me a while to really
nab it down i like the motivation you have and one day my mine is going to

Hey man, can you help me. I’m 13, and I workout. I have a little gut, and I
want to lose it and burn off those extra calories to get abs, do you have
any tips to help me burn the fat?
great video mike. i really need to share this with my dad, i just feel like
he really needs to reduce the amount of cigarettes he smokes. He says he is
trying his level best when really he is just saying like every 15 min. I
can really smoke a cigarette right now. I just dont want him to die early.

I feel like Mike especially has to not care what people think because he
has so many haters. It’s usually people who hate the way he markets his
products as a short cut, when in reality there is no short cut. I still
respect that he puts out a bunch of free videos, and has changed peoples
lives. I just started making videos too, I gained like 20 pounds of muscle,
and got ripped using my own methods, so I started making videos on how I
did it because I want to change people’s lives as well 🙂 click my profile

Hey can you guys help me out please. I was wondering if black or pinto
beans can be a replacement for brown rice ???? So I would have chicken
breast, corn, broccoli, and beans every dinner ?? Any advice would be cool

I just want to thank you for your help. You have changed my life. After
college all my friends moved on and i kind of became a loner and depressed.
I was 105 kg and even relatives started point that out( im 6- so tall that
that fat dosent look good either).
When i found your videos. All i had was a pair of dumbells(that went upto
30 pounds each) and nothing else. Using chairs and planks and improvising,
i started doing your workouts and stuck to it.
Its been 6 months now and i feel so much better now. Your workout videos
not just helped me fight depression but also get in shape( 70 kg).
I have also been eating clean now and have cut off almost all sugar and bad
carbs. I couldnt get protein shakes or eat alot of non veg but eggs and
milk(15 a day).
During this time my family didnt notice tht much since they see me like
everyday but relatives and friends much such a fuss about how i have gotten
in shape since last time and ask for advice and i recommend them your
videos and start today!!
I have become so much outgoing now and the best part is getting checked out
by girls 😀

I started watching Mike’s stuff back in 2008, in my mid year of high school
I began lifting and came to Mike’s videos in reference whenever I needed
the help of proper form or how to gain muscle and honestly: I have no hate
for this man.
I went from a chubby little kid to 200 lbs of lean mass, all because of
Mike and his videos. People don’t seem to understand that Mike is out here
to HELP people just beginning with the same goals and intentions to better
themselves. A majority of folks now call this guy a sellout because of
advertisements and shit, yet know nothing about the team he works with.
Mike is the most idolized fitness channel out on YouTube back then, and
STILL is. Of course people are going to use Mike as a mascot for products ,
because Mike changed so many peoples lives, including mine. And like every
other person, Mike has to put food on his table and make ends meet. If you
had the opportunity to give yourself power, would you not take it?
THINK about it people.
For a few years now I keep going in cycles. I’ll do well for a while,
making good healthy choices and living the way I want to be living, then
something will happen, usually getting sick, and I’ll stop exercising, and
stop eating healthy. This continues for a while and it’s always so hard to
get back in my good habits. Do you have any advice for how to avoid this
