I’ve gotten a lot of questions lately in the comments about what I do for my arms, and how to develop a biceps “peak.” In this video I’m going to show you two of the exact exercises I use to get big arms myself. Building a biceps “peak” will make a HUGE difference in how big your biceps appear. If they’re shaped right, your biceps will appear much bigger than someone whose are the same size, but whose biceps do not have a dramatic peak.     @Cspear21 If you’ve watched a lot of Mike’s videos, you should know you can’t target areas for weight loss, it’s an all around thing.

    @jeffsjf16 to be honest with you, if you are ectomorphic it just means that you don’t have much size to you, muscle, fat or otherwise. It doesn’t mean that you were born at a disadvantage, it just means you have to eat more and obviously train hard. Watch Mike’s “How Teens can get in killer shape” video. I appreciate that you might not be a teenager but the same principle stands as some teens find it hard to put on size because they are skinny. Just eat lots of the good stuff and push yourself:)

    I get really bad pain in my wrists which limits me from doing high weight for curls – any suggestions on supplements to assist or even changes in technique? i keep my wrists straight when i do bench, curls etc.

    Hey Mike, I have been working out using your videos for quite a few months now and i DO see a big difference. I now can clearly see a 2pack at the top of my belly, just below my chest however i still have belly fat at the bottom which i really dont like. Can you please give me some exercises which you think will reduce the bottom belly fat. thanks a lot 🙂

    @Cspear21 Keep a healthy diet, do cardio. You can’t loose fat in one certain area, you have to work the whole body.
    For example, you will not loose fat around your abs just because you do situps.

    @Cspear21 You cant just lose love handles alone if you do cardio workouts they will go in time i know coz i used to have them myself
