    Hi Mike, you talk about doing monster sets with ‘opposing body parts’. you say to work you biceps with triceps, and back with chest. so what would you say I should work my shoulders and legs with to gain best results. By the way, would it mean doing monster sets on legs would explode our legs?…silly question maybe?…

    What do you do the rest of you workout… I would normally work out biceps and back or chest and tricepts… so would you do shoulder, biceps, triceps, chest, and back all in the same workout since they are all connected and worked out together?
