I taught that you should do 2-4 sets per muscle for hypertrophy. Is this
wrong, because I see Mike doing more sets in this video?
Im not the pro here but you are moving those elbows alot on the
scullcrushers. And i like to have My elbows closer to My body on the
overhead dumbell
Are you not doing the third exercise wrong?! You need to keep your elbows
closer to your body right not so so far to the left and right…
