Today I’m going take you through a MONSTER traps workout. This workout is great for building a massive, muscular looking upper body. And you are guaranteed to stand out from the crowd once you have huge traps. So lets get it on. Workout breakdown: Heavy shrugs: With heavy shrugs, you can either use dumbbells or a barbell. Make sure to use a very heavy weight that you can only do for a maximum of 10 reps Side laterals to ceiling: Make sure you lock your arms with this lateral movement.     had kinda the same problem …
    Whot i did was taking it a bit lighter and go slower…
    Worked good + i felt i burn much more Becouse i went slow like 40% of his speed
    and i saw fast+ good results

    it takes a lot more than looking big to play football…. think about those huge guys at the gym that have tried to play basketball and look so uncoordinated… being ripped doesn’t always translate to being an athlete
