i am currently doing 40-50 KG for my middle abs, 25-30 KG for my sides and lower abs, then i switch to my arms for more muscle building there, but how does that involve burning my belly fat, since i am at a belly fat percentage of 5-10% , how I get rid of that? since i am sooooo out of idea’s.
