Are those short cardio workout better than doing 20-45 minutes of stationnary bike at around 18km/h if I want to lose bodyfat (I consider my self an advanced beginner, I’ve been working out correctly for a year)?

How often should one do this exercise? I do this when ever I exercise, but I want to know
@Gunawan181 He must do fat burn workouts like this one. Natural foods only (not just for fat reduction, but to increase testosterone as processed foods mess with hormonal balance in the body.) He should eat 5,6 small meals in a day instead of eating a lot of food. The foods should include Carbohydrates, proteins and a bit of natural fats. (Wholemeal bread, oats, egg whites, nuts, turkey, chicken etc.) Workout about 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes. Results should show within 8 weeks.
