hey guys i need some help i am 15 and i weigh 57 killos (i dont know lbs) i

tall I really need the fastest way to burn all that off I tried diet and
didn’t work of course I even tried what you say works but when I try it it
doesn’t seem to work and yes I work out too but it doesn’t seem like I’m
losing any weight at all I really need your help to burn off all that fat
and man boobs.

intake requirements either to lose wieghtor gain wieght. And calculate your
macronutrient intake everday. Thats it. Btw as a beginner you shouldnt
concentrate in getting abs but build overall strenght and muscle mass.

Every two to 3 hours, what the?.. that means if you’re awake 16 hrs a day
you eat between 5.3 and 8 meals a day!?
I eat breakfast at 7am
Then lunch at 12:40
And dinner at 7-8pm
And every now and then a snack between, but c’mon, 8 meals? :0

well as how often you eat has no effect on weight loss. 6 meals had the
same effect as 2, etc. Intermittent fasting is the best approach. Eat as
many or as few meals as you want but eat them all within an 8 hour period,
starting from when you have your first meal. That way your body is fasting
the other 16 hours of each day. And before some idiot mentions it, I’m not
saying eat as much as you want, I’m saying how you split the food you do
eat doesn’t matter.
