I exercise to feel good, if I get to look good aswell it’s just a bonus but
I never let it get in the way of what I really want to do, fun things that
I really want to do.

beautoful memories in my life because this life ia not abut work out and
chase goals.

hi i was 211lbs im doing workouts from last 8 months
i lost 38 lbs and i gain little muscles
i like to do workout
but these days im not feeling energetic as earlier
i hate cardio these days
i feel bore but on the other side i wana do workout as i dont wana gain
weight
is there something i can boost my mind and strength
i was wondering to have Red bull before gym
any suggestions?

today I want to talk to you about the real reason you should be working
out. The truth is, any reason is the right reason, but I want to share my
experience with you.
The thing is, you say you shouldn’t let fitness consume your life as it
isn’t necessary if you want a great body. Lol, funnily enough, my goal
isn’t as simple as desiring a physique through bodybuilding. I love lifting
weights, and want to build raw strength. I love what I do. So the points
your making only apply to the kids out there who lift for the wrong reasons
and don’t do it because they love it. I would credit you with making a good
video for once, but it’s nearly identical to that of another Youtuber that
was made a long time ago…

general. when you have a goal whether its to have a car, buy a house, you
should still enjoy life while you still can. Im glad you said it and not me
