    Instead of paying the $90 for this “shortcut”, you can look up on bodybuilding forums or livestrong and watching how to do exercises properly. Or make him lose out on a potential $200+ (he has you pay over $100 just for a few videos that you actually do need but doesn’t give to you) and torrent the damn thing.

    If you work out with strenght and endurance in mind you´ll end up getting a fit body as well. If you only workout with size in mind, you´ll get bigger faster but in the end your gains in strenght and endurance will be minimal. Choose your way.

    trying to ‘avoid’ working your obliques is pretty much impossible. during any ab movement, your obliques are working to some degree because all the muscles of the waist have naturally evolved to work in unison, which is vital for an athlete. endeavouring to ‘isolate’ your abs is just going to give you lower back pain anyways.

    Oblique is not just that lower side blocks muscles like mike said, above that also oblique n yes u want to get that look nice , only avoid dumbbell side bend cuz that will make ur love handle look bigger (unless u r super rip that a dif story) other than that u should do side crunch, russian twist, bicyle alternate crunch will give u nice oblique ( u know like those 3 lines on the side thingy)… So yeh happy working out bro.
