    You cannot spot reduce,and any Personal Trainer worth their salt should know this.Because a higher percentage of bodyfat is stored in this area compared to other areas of the body,it is usually the last area for fat to melt away,just like a large and small pile of snow in the sun,the small pile of snow will dissapear much quicker than the large one.

    You can’t choose where your body metabolizes fat, all you can do is get into a calorie deficit and make your body burn the fat, from everywhere. Usually * about 90% of the time * fat in the abdomen is the last to come off, as it is the first place its stored.
