    Hi Mike/Dan,

    new subcriber to your youtube page, i’ve been training now on and off for about 5years, i’m in pretty good shape I’m 5ft 11″ age 29 weighing 169.4lb, i make sure i get to the gym 3-4 days per week and try to eat as healthy as I possibly can, but like all of us can prove difficult as I have a busy work career

    You touched upon plan A, B & C for diet, do you have any video’s/litterature that is free/buy download ebook for diet plans? I want to get back to under 8% body fat.

    Mike, do you have any guides for ripped legs? I have very big butt (its my constitution, because thyroid problems, so I’ve always been fat, especially in the thighs/butt areas).
