    rather than do barbell squats hold 2 dumbells on your side and do the squats like that, until your 23.

    im just afraid to do do squats because i dont want to get shorter, or stunt growth right? im 19 so probably done anyways but still, guys stop growing around 23 or so i might get another inch haha
