Can’t believe you Mike. You were always preaching not to use them and you made a believer out of me for that. Now what? Especially Fat Burners, in your sold “six pack shortcuts” program, you say they are not good.
The pill you took at the gym that gave you a mini heart attack was either Yohimbe or Ephedra. They are both very dangerous. I had a similar reaction. A cup of coffee is safer or those energy supplement that come in those little bottles, they got caffeine, vitamins and some herbs, careful thought, read ingredients.
Can supplements be harmful to you both internally and externally?

The pink drink is pre work out. He mentions it in a video. He knows its supposed to be taken before but that’s what work for him mayne!!!
Stop crying. Most of the supplements he mentions are necessary ones for working out with. It’s like working out and not taking creatine and amino acids. You might as well not bother.
