@saleedalee honestly, he is right you are to young to be working out. your body is fully matured when you are 21 and starting at 14 is not a proper age to start. if i were you i would do ab exercises until you are 16 and then move on to weights.

What’s the best workout to do to have a huge effect on my biceps and triceps size? I only workout at home.. 2 days a week.. I drink Protein shake.. that’s all I do.. @sixpackshortcuts Lol I do and I eat almost 3000 calories a day. Only way I have put on mass is by getting taller. Im 15, 5’10’ and like 120 lbs rofl.
Can some one help? I tried the skull crusher workout tonight at the gym and It feels like nothing is happening in my right arm and my left arm is taking all the weight. I’m not that big but I’ve noticed that my left arm 99% percent of the time struggles to do full reps while my right arm does it with ease. What should I do with the skull crushers and any other workout. Should I up the weight on my right arm or just let my left arm catch up in strength.
