Tricep Torture RoutineBuild muscle really fast: sixpackshortcuts.com Skull Crushers:: 6 to 8 reps:: These are not your momma’s skull crushers. These are a full range of motion skull crushers. Start with the bar straight above your shoulders. Bring the bar above your head for full range of motion. For MOAR triceps bring the bar even farther back to make it a 2 move lift and one smooth easy lift to return the bar to start. These are serious triceps workouts, have fun! Superset these with dips. Come down until your elbows are about 90 degrees. Go to failure. Do six sets of these then on to close grip bench presses. Close Grip Bench :: 8-10 reps:: 4 Sets:: Grab the bar with your hands 6-12 inches apart. The closer your hands the more triceps you will work. Ensure your elbows stay tucked in close to the body.     @saleedalee honestly, he is right you are to young to be working out. your body is fully matured when you are 21 and starting at 14 is not a proper age to start. if i were you i would do ab exercises until you are 16 and then move on to weights.

    Hello 🙂 I always watch your bideo while I am working out cause it inspires me 🙂 Btw, I hope you will reply in my comment.. I only have 50 LBS of free weights which is 25 LBS each.. What’s the best workout to do to have a huge effect on my biceps and triceps size? I only workout at home.. 2 days a week.. I drink Protein shake.. that’s all I do.. Any recommendations for home workout? thankyou!

    @McLawlz Well. Thats not bad. I guess the next step is try to aim your punches? lol. You dont need to hit extremely hard if you know how to fight.

    @sixpackshortcuts Lol I do and I eat almost 3000 calories a day. Only way I have put on mass is by getting taller. Im 15, 5’10’ and like 120 lbs rofl.

    Can some one help? I tried the skull crusher workout tonight at the gym and It feels like nothing is happening in my right arm and my left arm is taking all the weight. I’m not that big but I’ve noticed that my left arm 99% percent of the time struggles to do full reps while my right arm does it with ease. What should I do with the skull crushers and any other workout. Should I up the weight on my right arm or just let my left arm catch up in strength.
