@Damithe909 your lower back is the bottom of a V, so yes it does work for V shape, like mike said if will strengthen your whole back, a deadlift is a compound lift uses alot of joint movements, so it doesnt just work your lower back, is you watch the movement it does legs, abs lower back and a little shoulders

T-bars are overrated (see my video where I destroy it). Contract you’re rhomboids to get more stimulation from the dead lifts. Should have been leaning over the bench a little more in order to get more of a peak contraction at the end of the lift – he’d still get a very good stretch. Notice how his lats stop contracting at 6:08 because his chest & shoulders began to absorb the resistance. Standing cable pullovers will give you a better peak contraction while still giving you a good stretch.

Hi Mike i have worked out two years ago and now again i have started working out and have problems in my knee due to accident and my currnt weight is 78 Kg, and height is 5.6, wants to knw how to reduce weight without doing cardio on Tread mill, i do use AB King pro to reduce my belly fat and to shape up, but nt working the way i want it to work, and somebody told me that if i use AB king pro and after some time if i do not use it so the size of my Love handles and Belly
