Hey Mike I’m a fan. I’m not gonna say a big fan because I just subscribed
to you a few days ago. I am fifteen, male, and was wondering if you could
make a workout video on how to workout properly without weights. Thanks I
would really appreciate it.
I have a great lean muscular body but i HATE going to the gym! Everytime i
see its 8 o’clock and i have to get ready to go to the gym i feel like i’d
rather sit on the electric chair then go working out! And to be clear i am
not a newbie i am working out for 7 years now !
Once i get there i get my job done..but still i hate it !!!!!!!
The reason why i don’t have the body that i want is because i don’t have
access to the gym, i workout at home but i won’t be able to achieve the
body that i want at home , i feel like i’ll never get the body doesn’t
matter how hard i workout and eat, now i’m starting to feel miserable about
my looks!
So guys what do you think a person like me should do to build a bigger and
impressive body?

Can someone please answer my question? I’m 14, skinny and I have visible
abs. My abs look pretty good and when I flex they look amazing. I was just
wondering if I skip one ab workout or two will it affect my progress? Also
It seems at some points, my belly bulges out a bit. I don’t know if it’s
fat or just gas. I also have fat on my calves that I can’t get rid of. I
bike almost everyday with my friends, play soccer and run a lot and my fat
on my calves won’t go away. I see the fat when I sit down too on my calves.
If I did specific calve exercises, will it go away? If I were to get rid of
it, will it drop my last bit of fat on my stomach and bring out more
definition in my abs without flexing? Please can someone respond if you
know.
Is it bad for me to lift heavy weights over 15lbs (dumbells) 20lbs(bar)Like
I lift 15lbs dumb bells each arm and 20lbs of weights (bar). I’m barely 15
years old , I’m 5,5 and I weigh 138 pounds. Someone please tell me.
I’ve been liking Mike’s videos more and more. I’ve been watching him and I
bought the Adonis golden ratio system both together and I’ve been seeing
results EXTREMELY quickly. Ty Mike.
Exercise should not be seen as a hobby. It’s something that people should
just do. Not an extracurricular activity, but another everyday ritual as a
priority.
