In this video I am going to unveil on of my belly fat burning secrets that may sound a little crazy but it really works great! First thing in the morning, on an empty stomach I will always take a brisk walk, on do some from of low intensity cardio. The secret in this trick is when you have basically fasted for 7 plus hours while sleeping your body has pretty much already broken down all of its carbs and proteins and all you will have left to burn are sugars and muscle fibers. Obviously you dont want to burn your muscles so its very important to keep the intensity of this workout extremely low so your body can continue to function properly without burning your muscle fibers. Start of using this trick about 3 days

    Dont get me wrong ive got huge respect for the guy, i mean hes ripped as hell! But my friend bought the fitness programme and it was info hed already read on the internet or gotten of other channels such as twinmuscleworkout or scooby

    thanks for the heads up! can you guys leave comments letting people know that channel isn’t really me on this channel and any others that re-upload my videos? Thanks…I try to file copyright complaints with youtube but there are so many people doing this it will be hard to stop without your help. A lot of these channels are using my videos to sell bogus supplements or workout courses I don’t think are good so I want to make sure they aren’t successful.

    what up man…i would not recommend working the same muscle group twice in one day. 10-15 minutes for large muscle groups like chest and 5-10 minutes for small muscle groups like biceps is all you need. I WOULD recommend adding in a little cardio into your routine though, even if you hate it. Try doing m-100s after your workout instead of doing double sessions, and keeping the intensity in your weightlifting very high.
