Get your free audio book here: http://audible.com/mike What’s up guys, It’s Mike and today I’m going to talk about change. Why is it that most people quit exercising and dieting within 30…
Is this a good diet ?? 3 eggs everyday (240 cal.) 2 string cheese (160
cal.) w/ 1 wheat tortilla ( 120 cal.) and a sweet potato (120 cal.) corn
and broccoli (100 cal.) and 8 oz chicken breast ( 200-300 cal.?) ?????????
Reason I quit?
I can literally only find a grand total of 3 hours a week to go to the gym.
Work is crazy right now, working towards a promotion. I figure 3 hours a
week, not going to make any difference, even with the right diet. Right?
Anyone have any experience with this kind of scenario? Can that little time
really add up to anything noticeable?
I’m not that overweight. Only need to lose roughly 1 stone and about 2-3
stones worth of body fat. (in that i have lost 2-3 stone, but lost no
noticeable fat.)
Hey Mike, I have a question. I work out 3 times a day, 20min of the
Insanity program, then later after school I do 15 minutes of a mixture of
weightlifting and cardio, then around 7ish I go and weight lift a certain
body part for that particular day. And that workout takes about 35-40
minutes or less. That way if I miss one workout, I still got the other 2 I
can do.
But I’m still not getting the results I want. So my question is that is
dieting really that necessary? Cause my family doesn’t get a whole lot of
healthy foods when we grocery shop and I don’t even know what type of
dieting plan I should follow.
I’ve always been really knowledgeable in the realm of fitness, but dieting
is kind of unexplored territory for me and I don’t want to do a diet where
I constantly have to worry about every little piece of food that goes into
mouth, yeah know.
So please, if you see this comment, can you do a video on weather or not
dieting is really a contributing factor if your a guy that works out as
much as I do? I’d really appreciate that man! Your awesome! And your such
an inspiration in my life! Keep being cool!
Hey mike i hope you read this.
I just want to thank you for your help. You have changed my life.
After college all my friends moved on and i kind of became a loner and
depressed. I was 105 kg and even relatives started pointing it that out( im
6- so tall that that fat dosent look good either).
When i found your videos. All i had was a pair of dumbells(that went upto
30 pounds each) and nothing else. Using chairs and planks(actual wodden
planks not the exercise :P)and improvising, i started doing your workouts
and stuck to it.
Its been 6 months now and i feel so much better now. Your workout videos
not just helped me fight depression but also get in shape( 70 kg).
I have also been eating clean now and have cut off almost all sugar and bad
carbs.
I couldnt get protein shakes or eat alot of non veg but eggs(15 everyday)
and milk.During this time my family didnt notice the the change in me since
they are used seeing me like everyday but relatives and friends all around
were all like “you have really gotten in shape now” and my change is pretty
much the topic wherever i go now. People ask me how i did it and i
recommend them your channel and already put motivated 2 friends to start
working out.
I have overcome depression and become so much more outgoing now and the
best part is getting checked out by girls 😀
Thanks mike
I love you(nohomo :P)

Mike,
I can now bench really close to my body weight and squad over my weight. It
may not be really huge becuase I’m a small teen , I wieght 92lbs , but I
couldnt a year ago bench the bar and this is a major improvement , thanks
for these great videos,
I have been telling everybody this since like a couple years ago! Just show
up to the gym, and after that you win, Idc what you do after that.
That’s how I get myself to run, I say Idk how much I will run I will just
see how tired I am once I start running. And when i’m going I will tell
myself “Ok I will stop at half a mile…” When I reach half a mile I say
“Ok I can make it til after this song” Then “Well i’m already at 0.65, may
as well get to 0.75” And “Well, I can just finish the mile, I’ve already
gone this far I may as well”
EDIT: Apparently you can also apply this method to typing paragraphs in the
comment section….
I need help, im currently 14, 142lbs, 5ft 9. I have abs and a well defined
body. I literally have everything but the bottom 2 abs to make my full 6
pack, I’ve trained and have tried to get it but it won’t come out, do I
have to go on a calorie deficient just to get it or not?
Would you be able to get a 6 pack if you did all the exercises and workouts
regularly, but not the diet? Because I am really picky with my foods, and I
don’t think I would be able to diet for long, but I have been doing the
exercises every day and don’t want to stop any time soon.
Mike u don’t even answer my qns. Thats not fair. Im gimming last 6 months
and I haven’t gained a pound. My biceps lay flat and m not getting it. What
do I do?
I keep falling off the exercise wagon and the main reason for me is that
I’m injury and illness prone! Every time I get into a routine something
happens – either gym-related or not – and then I have to take time off and
start back at square one. It’s a pain in the ass!
For most people it’s probably that they try and do too much too fast. They
go from eating junk food straight to a crash-diet, and from no exercise to
4-5 times per week, find it too hard to keep up, and quit. Best bet is to
start slower, ease into it a little, rather than a complete 180 turn.
So i work overnights, 8 days on and 6 days off. What kind of routine is
good for me? Will i see gains from working out 6 days straight and relaxing
8 days off? Its hard to get a good workout and eat right while doing
overnights cause its off balance

quit cuz they don’t see anymore results”

Why do they quit? Short answer:
Because they’re undisciplined lazy pussys.
The wendys I’ve been eating after every workout is making me all kinds of
gains!
