@DaFlasher You are correct, the legs work as a pump returning oxidized blood rich in nutrients, oxygen, and hormones (testosterone) to the upper body via the muscle pump effect. Larger and more vascular the legs, the greater the delivery and effect. It is very interesting!

From what I know, people don’t work on legs because it makes them lazy compared to working on upper body.

@ello34 if you work your legs your lower back will grow stronger. Squats and especially Deadlifts work your lower back(as well as your whole body) to lift the weights. Try those in your leg workout at the beginning of the week and you will notice a change in size and strength in a few weeks to all your workouts
