    I hate this guy in one video he says you gotta be 110% committed that’s
    there’s no easy way now he says minimum requirements will do the job man
    get your shit straight you don’t even know what your talking about anymore
    plus half his videos are basically just him endorsing some kind of product
    including this one screw mike cheng I got simple tips for you that I know
    work from self experience if it comes from a factory don’t fucking eat it
    and think to yourself would a cavemen have access to this food if not don’t
    fucking eat it think natural foods that aren’t man made drink nothing but
    water get at least 5 hours a week of hiit cardio and at least 7 of weight
    training that’s it that simple no fucking magic to it

    I got one question non related to the vid: what happens if you work out
    unitill you are ripped like mike, and then stop working out? will your
