10 min Non-Stop Bicep Workout

10 min Non-Stop Bicep WorkoutCheck out sixpackshortcuts.com Hey guys, in this video I show you how to blast thru your bicep workout with a exercise called “buddy curls” You can do your entire bicep workout in about 10 minutes and it will be one of your best workouts you’ve ever done! How to do Buddy Curls: Step 1 – Grab a partner that can curl about the same weight as you. Step 2 – Pick a barbell weight that you can complete about 10 reps. Step 3 – Do as many reps as you can and hand it off to your buddy. Keep repeating until one of you gives up. Normally, you should do at least about 6 sets. Make sure that you never put the barbell down until you are done with the workout. never touches the ground until you’re done.     Wow everyone is so stupid the way they are doing it has nothing to do with their shoulders, back or chest. If you actually try it then you will see it actually works out on the biceps.

    One of his worst video I have seen. They are exercising their shoulder, back, chest, and maybe a little bit their biceps. This is a good way to get injured. They are not isolating their biceps at all. Use less weight and you will be able to do proper form to avoid all that swinging.

    Everyone that is so negetive, he’s a trainh and u guys keep saying that he would work better if he wasn’t swinging his back so much, everyone does the same thing and he has a strong back so he can swing a little and I bet he know a lot more about working out right than and in better shape than most of u, and he’s just showing a video on how to do the exercise
