I am on high protein diet, lost 63 lbs in 6 months…it’s not a myth. I am eating meat. I was vegeterian for a while but it didn’t work for me. I think it’s individual thing, you need to keep trying.

Actually it was not, he clearly said (at some time), that the FERMENTED form is healthier choice (which all the asian culture eat).
Vegetarian here. Best source of protein in my opinion is soy and a variety of vegetables.
