    1g/lb bodyweight (or for more obese people) of lean body-mass is a good value to start (as it’s easy to calculate and remember). Athletes and body-builders might want to consume more. But even if you would need less, if you have a certain amount of calories, taking a higher protein intake is just as valid than increasing carbs or fat intake. It’s just a choice of what you prefer more in your diet.

    you would starve with that. Semen has no protein, but ejaculate has some tiny amount (some milligram as far as I remember). Get yourself a new protein source.

    Actually it was not, he clearly said (at some time), that the FERMENTED form is healthier choice (which all the asian culture eat).

    Vegetarian here. Best source of protein in my opinion is soy and a variety of vegetables.

    don’t forget spinach and broccoli which are high sources of protein, and if you want to get crazy blue green algae and spirulina has a complete source of protein higher than grass fed beef. just a thought for those vegetarians out there, also corrina love the video and looking like a hot fox as always =)

    I am on high protein diet, lost 63 lbs in 6 months…it’s not a myth. I am eating meat. I was vegeterian for a while but it didn’t work for me. I think it’s individual thing, you need to keep trying.
