    Then why restrict to one sex in the title? Just call it a workout… Guys, I understand means ‘people’ not ‘males’. It’s like ‘how are you?’, answer ‘I’m good’, but this is a moral judgment, you are not god, should be ‘I’m well’. Sorry for being so picky, I will use your routine daily, it’s great 😉

    Actually, it is a bump that I got during a fire training exercise. I was hit in the head with a self contained breathing apparatus bottle (the air firefighters keep on their back). It was an accident and four years later the bump is still there. It’s calcified and hardened. I suppose I could get plastic surgery and have it removed, but it doesn’t bother me.

    3:47 I’m a male but when I do plank, i feel the burn in my shoulders before I even feel something in my abs and core even though i keep them tight and my form is good. is that normal?
