    so… hot… but she didnt go into some important parts of warming up. if you are doing weights, you should warm up for 5 min by using less weight. half works, but i do less

    @blackwolfsquadron Not necessarily – There is a lot going on, she is talking which means she is not using her normal breathing patterns. That’s enough right there for anyone to get winded when exercising. Plus she is likely at least a little nervous being on camera. Sure more cardio would help with that, but I don’t think it’s an indication that she “needs” more cardio. What she probably NEEDS is to talk slower and give herself time to actually breathe sufficiently.
