    My ankle hurts from cardio so i thought id do yoga for a while until it hurts less but doing downward dog pose hurts the ankle even more. Would there be an alternative pose for this during routines or a remedy/stretch that would help the pain in my ankle?

    It’s an interesting phenomenon how aggressive and obnoxious people allow themselves to become once they’re behind a computer screen or a car windshield. I guess they feel empowered or think that distance keeps them safe. I don’t really get it. But hey, I guess it’s better than being too afraid to type anything…that would be weird. In a way, freedom of speech no matter how rude and annoying is a beautiful thing.

    The bulk of viewers are young to middle aged men for these videos. Psychetruth makes its money from horny men wanting to see sexy woman.
