I’m a 48 year old male and ever since i went on insulin in 1996 and its done is make me gain weight. I went from a size 38 waist to size 42 waist within a month and eating healthier . im now a size 48 waist and on weight watchers and all i do is yo-yo within 10lbs. i also do 30 minutes cardio exercise every 2 days ..no difference.

Great stuff, so men lose testosterone because it’s converted into estrogen in some process due to insulin. But women gain testosterone with insulin….so would you say that for a woman to gain muscle and lose weight having some insulin would be beneficial? Idk just thinking, or does the fat storing capacity of insulin outweigh (no pun intended) any benefits testosterone could have given in a female?
