    And why dont you talk about volume of eating? If someone starts to eat a
    pound of nuts per day becuase of this video, he will not lose any weight,
    but maybe gain weight because of all the calories he’s consuming..

    Corrina I’d love to know your opinion on protein shakes. I feel like
    there’s a battle between do you really need one with workouts or not? Or
    are they just full of absolute rubbish.

    It’s good that you’re back and to hear your selection of healthy foods
    Corrina, I will try to find similar in the UK probably at Asda/Walmart.
    They all look nice, and I do have peanut butter sandwiches for my lunch
    which gives me sustainable energy! More of these videos telling us what is
    good to eat would be great, maybe a bit more generic for us in different
    countries? Also, could you upload Melissa’s live chat from Friday so I can
    review and make notes. Best wishes!

    SINGLE diet/health food oriented video will tell you. Also this is just a
