Several months ago I was rushed to the hospital for some of the most intense chest pain I have ever experienced, the doctors had no idea what was wrong with me. I went back again a 2nd time a month later, still nothing. After my own research, I now know it was intense acid reflux. I’ve since changed my diet, and am slowly trying to switch over to more whole foods, and less junk & processed foods.
I quite agree! They think everything can be cured by diet and massage and prescription drugs are bad. Giving this kind of unqualified medical advice can be very misleading to the general public, Doc E isn’t a medic, he has not considered all of the causes of acid reflux, the differential diagnosis. But if you just watch at the end of the day for a bit of amateur light relief and chuckle at it, then I can live with that 😉

It’s good to have veggie. But without some carbs your body will store up fats whenever possible. Thus still fat.
Anyone can eat meat with veggies or just meat alone and will not get an upset tummy ever. Add sugar or starch to the meat and you get heart burn.
My statement is totally testable and experiential by anyone.
I know vegans like to blame all adverse health reactions on meat but heart burn just isn’t caused by meat alone.
If you eat a bunch of nuts and refined sugar you can get vegan heart burn too.
