    Ok, this kind of video is great, the kind of thing that helps with “core”; gut and lower back.

    She is also right about diet… I wound up having only bacon & eggs once a day for totally unrelated reasons and I can say that the craving for bread & sugars does indeed decrease after not too long.

    Indeed; the good-natured trolling comments with sexual connotations on these videos are all too often overdone.

    That said, I find this incredibly easy to fap to.
